Welcome to Golden Rose Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking services, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms, Service Policies, and Privacy Notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging with Golden Rose Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Golden Rose Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Louisiana and surrounding service areas.

All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and site conditions.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings must include accurate contact and property information.
Services are considered confirmed once you receive confirmation via email, SMS, or direct communication.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking (either prior to service or upon completion).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel services at our discretion.

Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of future services and/or refusal of future bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
One courtesy reschedule per appointment will be permitted. Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a $50 fee.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Golden Rose Cleaning Services reserves the right to waive or enforce fees at its discretion.

5. Property Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Secure pets prior to service.
Remove or disclose fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items.
Inform us of any hazards, special surfaces, or areas requiring special care.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or undisclosed fragile materials.

6. Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.

Re-clean services must relate to the originally agreed scope of work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Privacy Policy

Golden Rose Cleaning Services respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
